Excellent Golf scores: Two versions of the Volkswagen Golf — the TDI turbodiesel and Golf 2.5, formerly the Rabbit — have “excellent” scores in Consumer Reports’ March issue. “A nice ride, crisp handling and solid feel make any Golf a good choice,” writes David Champion, senior director of CR’s Auto Test Center.
